Comment of Bianca Black:
I am definitely not familiar with the term "jack fish" but after reading the definition I have an understanding of what it looks like. I interviewed a 47 year old lady who was born and raised in Andros. I asked her if she was familiar with the term jack fish and how would she use it. She replied back and said oh, a jack fish is a tasty fish, that has hardly any bone or scales. It's a sweet fish that takes season very well and fast.
